Visual Studio 2005 implementation using AGI DSI

I'm developing in Visual Studio 2005 in VB.NET. The implementation will be a winform or control utilizing a DLL library. I'm attempting to use the DSI SSL message transmission method. I've used non-SSL sockets before.

Here's my proof of concept test code in VB.NET if anyone else needs a getting started sample.
